Website Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Freedom Plumbing, Inc. By approving an estimate, authorizing work, signing documents, or submitting payment, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Estimates
All estimates are provided in good faith based on visible conditions at the time of evaluation. Additional work, materials, or code upgrades may be required if concealed or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
Deposits & Scheduling
Deposits may be required prior to scheduling certain projects or ordering materials. Special-order materials are non-refundable once purchased.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion unless prior written arrangements have been approved. Late fees, finance charges, collection costs, and mechanics lien rights may apply to unpaid balances.
Warranty
Freedom Plumbing provides a limited workmanship warranty as described on the applicable estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply separately where applicable.
Permits & Code Compliance
Required permits and inspections will be obtained when included in the approved scope of work. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Access & Restoration
Work is limited to areas that are reasonably accessible. Restoration of drywall, paint, flooring, landscaping, and similar finishes is not included unless specifically stated.
Limitation of Liability
Freedom Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or failures caused by aging or deteriorated plumbing systems.
Privacy & Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize Freedom Plumbing to contact you by phone, email, and text message regarding services, scheduling, and account-related communications. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Membership Program Terms
Freedom Plumbing offers optional FreedomCare Membership programs for eligible residential customers. Membership benefits may include waived service fees during normal business hours, priority scheduling, preventative maintenance services, and member-exclusive savings. Specific details regarding pricing, billing, included services, exclusions, limitations, and cancellation requirements are set forth in the signed Membership Agreement. Freedom Plumbing reserves the right to modify or discontinue Membership offerings at any time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed Membership Agreement, the signed Membership Agreement shall control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
